My topic is going to be about homosexuality. My thesis statement is uncertain right now. I don't want to primarily focused on gay marriage, because I feel thats all you ever read about dealing with homosexuality. There is more to it than just wanting to get married.
I hope to focus more on homosexuality in society in general. Talk about coming out and homosexuality in the cinema. I can talk about the life styles and obstacles they face in life.

Maybe you can dispel stereotypes and myths about homosexuals. You also might try to connect the perception of homosexuality to that of other groups that are misunderstood.
I like your topic. You already know how I feel about homosexuality when i argued with ashely about it. That was a good conversation! Why dont you also add how some people are so against it as well.
